These 3 Short Films Will Make You Want to Dump Your Smartphone

Do you ever feel the need to leave your smartphone at home when you go out ? If the answer is no, then you’ll maybe think about it twice next time you want to spend some quality time with your loved ones after having watched these short films. In these times where ”Carpe Diem” had been replaced by ”YOLO”, and where we consider our smartphones as extensions of our arms made for taking selfies,  it is a good idea to be reminded that we need to disconnect, live a bit more in the present and share with the persons around us.

Lost Memories, a 3 minute short film directed by François Ferracci. The short film takes place in a near future, where our memories are digitalized and stored on the cloud. What is left to remember, when we suddenly lose our online memories ?
